What is Appointo?

Appointo brings barber discovery and booking into one iPhone app. Explore photos and videos of real barber work, save your favourite styles, preview a look with AI, message a barber, and book an appointment. Barbers also get tools to manage their portfolio, schedule, and clients.

Is it free to use?

Appointo is free to download, and clients do not pay an Appointo booking fee. You still pay for your barber’s service, and a deposit may be required by the barber. Barbers can start with the free Basic plan or subscribe to Pro for additional business tools.

How does AI style try-on work?

Choose a style reference and take or upload a selfie in the app. AI generates a preview so you can explore the look before booking. Previews are for inspiration, not a guarantee of the final haircut. Daily usage limits apply, and your photo is processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Can I find a barber near me?

Use the discovery feed or Explore map to look for barbers by location and style. The selection depends on the barbers who have joined in your area, and appointment availability is set by each barber.

How do payments and cancellations work?

Review the service price, payment method, and cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Depending on the barber, you may pay at the shop or pay a deposit online. Online payments are processed through Stripe. Cancellation terms and any deposit charges depend on the policy shown for your booking.

I’m a barber. How do I join?

Download Appointo on your iPhone and sign up as a barber. Create your profile, add your services and working hours, and publish your work. Start with Basic for free, then explore Pro in the app when you need more tools.

Is Appointo available on Android?

Appointo is currently available on iPhone. There is no Android download available on this website. Check the App Store listing for current device compatibility and regional availability.
